This is a synthetic shell mitten with a synthetic suede palm with a silicone palm print for sure grip on poles (and sleds, and even shovels, if you have to dig the car out). With articulated fingers and more Thinsulate™ insulation pumped into the back than the palm this is nicely designed to minimize hand fatigue for a full day on the slopes in warm and cozy comfort. Waterproof and breathable with a 140g fleece lining for a cozy feel against the fingers this is a terrific synthetic mitten for the woman who wants to ski all day without having to invest a small fortune in leather and feathers. A hook and loop Velcro style wide band wrist adjustment locks out snow, cold, and weather for an under the cuff fit, while the leash keeps this firm on your person if you pop it off while you’re on the lift.
